Master Hutchison has over 30 years of TaeKwon-Do training experience as a
student, coach, instructor and now Senior Master. He was former Vice President of the All Europe TaeKwon-Do
Federation (AETF), and is a current member of the European ITF (EITF).
He also holds Presidency of the British Isles TaeKwon-Do Federation (BITF) and
Vice-Presidency of ITF Scotland.

Competitions
Master Hutchison attends every
Junior and Senior European and World championships and takes his place as a Jury
President at one of the rings for each competition.

Master Hutchison is one of a few Masters presented with this Loyalty Award by
the Founder for his loyalty and dedication to the art of TaeKwon-Do and the ITF.
This statue of the Founder was awarded by the great man himself to Senior Master
Hutchison at the World Championships in Italy.
Master Hutchison was privileged to attend International courses led by
General Choi, and also attended the first Masters Instructors course conducted
by the legendary Founder of TaeKwon-Do on January 11th 2002.

ITF Outstanding Instructor
Medal (2007)
Master Hutchison was presented with the ITF outstanding instructor medal by
the President of the International TaeKwon-Do Federation, Professor Chang
Ung, IOC member.
The presentation took place in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia at the World
Championships congress.
AETF Award,
Bulgaria (2004)
Master Hutchison received this award for his services to the AETF and
TaeKwon-Do and was presented by Professor Chang Ung, the President of the
ITF.
Master Hutchison was also present in North Korea when Professor Chang Ung
was voted in as President for the ITF.
Professor Chang Ung works tirelessly and is a shining example of how to
promote our cause. He is an honourable successor to the late Founder of
TaeKwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, 9th Degree.

Coaching
Master Hutchison’s Scottish female pattern team, won gold at the European
Championship in 1991 in England. The male team also won gold for team
power.
Master Hutchison’s Whitburn team also scooped gold at the UK colour belt
team championships, held in Didcot.
The trophy was presented by Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha.
